I just started taking psyllium husk for smoother digestion. Don’t read this wrong. I feel fabulous tummy wise. Finally, it is in peace. When it is happy, I am happy! I’m taking one-a-day, and a culprit is iron. I’m thinking of buying multivitamins without iron and perhaps alternate it with what I already have. Focus my food choices on food reach in iron. Are there any other suggestions?
I have been taking 1 teaspoon of Metamucil before I go to bed. In the past my doctor has recommended it to lower cholesterol, it totally works for that.
I have tried IF before, the supplement makes the transition easier.
Anyone else tried this??
