  1. fasting too much burns out the ability to fast, and makes me unable to go even 2 hours without eating. taking a break restores the ability to multi-day water fast.

  2. spending too much time fasting (100% caloric deficit) slows down metabolic rate in the same way classic dieting slows it down. taking breaks from fasting prevents metabolic slowdown.

  3. enjoy life. you dont have to fast forever, lol.
