Anyone tried IF where your eating window is early in the day?

Saw a talk about 18:6 IF where your feeding window is 9 am to 2 pm. It’s recommended to eat early due to cortisol and thyroid hormones being highest first thing in the morning.

Yes but it killed me (knocked my energy out for the rest of the day). I eventually found OMAD around 4:30pm gives me the best quality of life and least distress. I’d like the health benefits but it just didn’t work for me so I chose something sustainable
