Sometimes it’s an opportunity to explain to a new person who is trying hard just how malleable this eating concept is and help them see that journey toward being in this lifestyle is theirs to craft.
But mostly it’s annoying AF. My favorite all time of them was a lady who wanted her mother to be allowed to eat baby carrots while fasting and it turned into an argument in the comments and her ending rationale was that her mother was just so hungry.
My favorite jerky response to the people who “were told” that things under 50 calories don’t count, is that a donut has 150 calories and how often do they think they eat a third of a donut.
I guess, but that would be weird, because pretty much everything breaks a fast. Stay safe and stick to water, black tea/coffee (no sweeteners or flavors), or green tea (again, no sweeteners or flavors). IF is simple like that.
