Do any of you use an app that isn’t necessarily fasting-specific, maybe even one where you can put in your own labels, but track several time-slots at once? I’m looking to track bed-time and wake-up times, as well as fasting hours. Thanks in advance!
Zero can do that. If you have a watch logging sleep to Google, it can import sleep from Google Fit. Otherwise you can log manually.
