I mean, did you just drink it?

There you go. As they say, it’s good for you, and may help for some things, but it’s no pixie dust.

Whatever effects it may have on weight loss, if any, it won’t be nearly as significant as making sure you eat in a slight calorie deficit, and use that gym membership.

It may be beneficial for people who have diabetes, if taken after a meal. But again, it won’t cure anything and won’t help much if they eat like a bag of candy.

It’s healthy, yes, as part of a balanced diet and in reasonable quantities (it’s still vinegar). Just use it to make salad dressing (I do that a lot, mostly because I love the taste).

Acv, by my understanding anyway, works similarly to lemon juice by inhibiting salivary amylase, one of the enzymes produced I. Your salivary glands that breaks down carbs. Thus it would seem it can only impact postprandial blood sugars by slowing down the digestion, and it only reduces them IN COMPARISON TO what they would be if you ate the same meal but without the ACV. It should not just drop your blood sugar below a normal level.
