Multiple sources online keep saying it’s around 540 calories but I feel like that’s a really low number?
It seems low because they’re accounting for the water as well as the rice, as it’s cooked. If it were 400g pre cooked, it would be much higher. And you would subsequently have much more rice after cooking.
