I’m brand new to dry fasting. Not quite ready to jump into a 20-hour dry fast or whatever. I’ve been doing 12-hour fast the last couple of days. Is this a good starting point? Thanks!
it’s a good starting point. You go up as soon you feel comfortable.
Some days ago I see an interview to Walter Longo where he told that “12 hours of fasting (he referred to water) a day are perfect and help for everyone stay healthy”.
