I have really bad stomach issues that cause horrible acid when I fast to the point I throw up bile they’re the only things that help, the brand is called careone
I believe the main ingredient is the same as in Pepcid — just watch out for sugar as the chewable tablets are too sweet not to have sugar in them. You can probably find something made without sugar. The best thing tho — fasting eventually fixed this issue for me.
