Yes, but the entire idea of processed food equals bad requires fundamentally misunderstanding things. Cooking is processing. What’s important in your diet is nutritional content. If you don’t know what to eat, just look up mediterranean diet and adapt something around that, but do not demonise any food. Ultra process food is only bad in excess because it means you over consume on fat or sugar, not because of little demons that come and make the food inherently unhealthy.
