You’re going to get a lot of variance, because totality of diet is much more important than one item. Also, the “value” of a piece of food varies greatly depending on your goals, such as if you want to lose or build muscle.
That said, McDonalds food as a whole should be treated as “junk food” which is to say, it should be eaten sparingly. It’s calorie dense, low on nutrients, heavily processed, and high in sodium.
It’s also an expensive way to live, and builds habits that make it harder to maintain a healthy lifestyle, ie buying premade “tasty” food instead of making food at home. All in all, it’s best to just avoid.
