Found some organic avocado oil from avohass.com that claims monounsaturated fats help absorb water soluble nutrients. How true is this since it seems like no one really brings up how to increase the absorption of water soluble vitamins.
The only way to increase water soluble vitamins is just water.. i have seen your link and have spent a good aount tesearching juat to make sure couldnt find nothing. I beleive it was a typo. oil helps one get more fat soluble vitamins.
