What are “milk oats”?
I doubt you’re actually consuming raw oats. Raw oats are indigestible by humans. If you mean oat flakes or rolled oats, then yes they are healthy.

>Prebiotics can be obtained from various sources, including breast milk, soybeans, and raw oats, however, the most popular prebiotics are the oligosaccharides contained in plants. Recent research increasingly claims that probiotics and prebiotics alleviate many disorders related to the immune system, cancer metastasis, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. However, little is known about the role of these supplements as important dietary components in preventing or treating cardiovascular disease. Still, some reports and clinical studies were conducted, offering new ways of treatment. Therefore, the aim of this review is to discuss the roles of gut microbiota, probiotics, and prebiotics interventions in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
On a scientific basis, there are some minor differences between raw and cooked oats.
Cooked oats are easier to digest, but do cause a bigger uptick in blood sugar. Raw oats contain more resistant starches, which is good for your gut health, but has higher levels of macronutrients that are inaccessible as bioavailability is increased by cooking. Protein levels are conversely identical for the most part.
In terms of the most balanced nutritional form, overnight oats would be best as they keep the benefits of raw with the benefits of cooking.
Oats are a great and healthy food to eat. Whole oats are better than quick cook oats because they take longer to digest. Oats have a lower glycemic index than comparable foods such as whole wheat. Eating raw oats in small amounts is okay, but you should really at least blend them in a shake and let them soften up and absorb some liquid. The reason for this is because eating large amount of uncooked oats can cause some pretty bad constipation.
This is just off the top of my head, although accurate information.
Yes any oats are good. Raw oats are high in resistant starch (a form of fibre), that is beneficial for health. However if you suffer with IBS, you may have gastrointetsinal symptoms after consuming raw oats. The amount varies too. I once made flapjacks without cooking the oats, tasted great but oh boy. Bloating, gas, stomach ache
