There’s just so many products of probiotics out there so I don’t know where to start.
I’m hard convinced over half of these gummies and multi-pills are dogshit. Not just are the ingredients low quality. Half the time they’re generic blends of crap that aren’t specific to you, they’re just unproven in effectiveness.
I’ll always say that these (especially organic unflavoured) Yogurts (full fat greek, regular, skyr), water kefir, milk kefir, properly prepared Sauerkraut, kimchi, real fermented foods will be your best bet for gut health. You don’t need to consume them daily as bacteria will sit in your gut and vibe out as long as they get fuel, but of course you can top up the bacteria here and there.
I consume yogurt (greek yogurt is fine but its overrated) even second day, or just whenever I want to, if not I’ll have sauerkraut. I don’t have access to it but water Kefir is amazing if you can find it.
