As I don’t work in a Bakery, I can’t tell you if there are natural replacements for these ingredients. Some people would say to stay away from Soy protein isolate. But judging from its location in the ingredients list, there isn’t a lot of it in the product.
Fumaric Acid, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Metabisulfite (preservative so may be needed), Calcium Propionate (also a preservative), Calcium sulfate.
