Are there people with experience switching from IF to the snake diet?

Asian guy, 5’9’’, 165 pounds. I lost about 12 pounds by doing 18+6 intermittent fasting and occasional HIIT in 33 days. After that, my weight went up and down for about 10 days without improvement. And my BF stays around 24%. This is frustrating.

My friend just did a 7 day fast and I am so tempted to do so.

Are there people with experience switching from IF to the snake diet? Please share!

I’ve done fasting of all sorts. IMO, someone your size never needs to fast more than 72 hours. You’ll get way more benefit from rolling 48’s or 72’ than you would from longer fasts. I would do that until i hit my goal weight, and then switch to OMAD to maintain with 48’s thrown in here and there.
