Marinate some tofu in soy sauce and liquid smoke and bake it. Eat that with a salad or even on it’s own. There are a few fake meat options that are low carb. Fieldhouse is a decent one.
Pecans and macadamia nuts aren’t very high in carbs.
Livia makes spaghetti noodles from edamame that is high in protein and quite low in carbs. Off the top of my head I think the entire package is 80g protein and 15 g of net carbs. Can be a bit tough on the guts the first time you eat them.
Chia puddings are good too. Throw some peanut better or a bit of berries in there.
Our options are far fewer but it’s possible.
Peanut butter mixed with coconut oil . Peanut bars made with added nuts and seeds I take peanut butter, cocoa powder, and add pecans peanuts and cashews and pistachios sunflower seeeds and freeze them to make peanut butter bars mmm
