Starting weight was 205 lbs as a 30m 5’11” and I couldn’t lose weight doing 16/8 as I love my snacks too much. Doing two 36 hour fasts a week gave me the 7,000 calorie deficit I needed in order to lose roughly 2 pounds a week. I am now 184 lbs and 4 away from my goal. Body fat is currently 13%. For me, weight training and 2x 36 hour fasts was much better than daily fasting.
Food for thought for anyone struggling!
Interesting I am 33M 6’4” 250 CW down from 305 but I have noticed the 20-22 hour fasts every single day have stalled my weight loss. Was thinking maybe I need to push it a little further to start getting past this plateu.
