Hello., I plan to start a 7-10 day water fast after the weekend.
I have done a fast before that lasted for 10 days and it did help me quite a lot but it has been a while since I’ve done it. So I would like to know what I can drink aside from water and tea, just to freshen up on my memory and get some pointers before I begin.
I’ve drank black coffee in the past with no ramifications. I was still producing ketones and weight loss was still proceeding. There are keto coffee out there but they still have calories. I would avoid those.
