I’m about 96 hours in and all I can think about is food. Literally watching Alton brown all day.
I feel like you do. I’ve done a 30 day fast for weight loss and as I got closer to the 30 days, my hunger set in, but I think that was anticipation.
I’m currently on day 15 of “I’ll stop whenever I feel so”. I’m not doing it for weight loss this go round, I’m doing it for better health, my bodies natural biodome, better sleep, better all around. Peak human alertness.
So far, food doesn’t phase me, and I’m forcing myself to drink enough water as well.
