Listen to your body. I was feeling great on a 10 day water fast with low healthy BMI, supplementing with electrolytes, B12, b complex, D3 and magnesium glycinate. When I hit day 11, my body fat % was dropping low and I was struggling with pain in my lower spine that became so intense I couldn’t walk by day 12. So I had to refeed.
