You can try alternating OMAD and intermittent fasting. It’s too difficult for me to do OMAD every day, so I do it twice a week, with 16/8 or 18/6 the rest of the days.
Don’t worry about eating too much after breaking the fast, it was still most people’s “normal”. Just look forward and figure out the ideal plan for you. Adjustments as you go are perfectly fine! :)
