Drink enough water, if you still struggle, try having some mineral water which should have some needed salts (try checking on the back of the label - I just look for “magnesium”).

If you aren’t used to fasting, the first few days are harder than the days continuing (depending on how long your fast is, and if you’re having electrolytes)
