Attempting my first five day fast

I’ve been doing four day fast for the last five weeks (currently on the fifth week, my fourth day) and I decided today to stretch this one to five days. I really want to eat tomorrow, but my body is feeling fine and I know I’ll have a much better Halloween weekend (Monday included) if I get in one more day.

I’m just finishing up day 4 myself. Thank goodness we are past day 3- it was brutal!

So have you been doing rolling 96s? How’s it been going? What’s your refeed window like? I ask because I’m considering rolling 120s for the rest of the year (fasting all week and eating on the weekend).
