Answer

B vitamins are the most essential of the bunch, you shouldn’t ever slack on them.

B12 is needed for the sheaths of your CNS and protein uptake, etc, etc. There’s a case of a boy who went blind basically, because he didn’t consume any B12 from anything for so long.

B6 has similar functions for metabolic effects. If I recall right is also has some effects in digestion.

Other Bs essentially involved in energy production, hormone maintaining, signaling molecules, and so on.

I mean they all have extremely important roles so getting you animal nutrition and some plant nutrition is important. I consume legumes and some leafy greens for the lower B vitamins and plenty of red meat (including organ meats like liver) and eggs for the higher B vitamins.

Answer

Generally at a base level, all B Vitamins are co-enzymes to metabolize the macronutrients.

Also, B Vitamins are vital in production of body cells, blood cells, neurotransmitters, fatty acid synthesis, immune system upkeep, etc.

Answer

I eat all grass fed meats and wild meat, along with cheeses and other things that contain B12..

My B12 was 55 mcg last blood work and I had jaundice.

Now I have to take 5000mcgs a day plus a injection every two weeks.

It can take up to 6 months to get your vitamins stable again… so I always suggest a blood panel.

My dr said that anyone who doesn’t take a multivitamin and get there levels checked regularly almost always has a deficiency.

There is not enough vitamins in our food anymore sadly
