Balanced diet w/o cooking?

Recently moved into a place with a tiny (and messy kitchen). Not sure if regularly cooking meals will be an option. Besides fruit and raw veg and nuts, any suggestions for easy dry goods/packaged snacks for variety? What are your favorite go-to no-prep foods that are healthy and delicious?

Answer

Red lentils can be cooked in a microwave, if you have one, and seasoned to your liking. They’re high in protein, fiber, iron, and potassium. Oatmeal with nut butter and fruit would be filling too, and get you some whole grains. Single-serve oatmeal packets are usually really high in sugar, so I would just buy a container of oats. In my experience, packaged snacks are generally not too healthy (lots of added oils, sugar, sodium) so I personally avoid them.
