I’m new to ADF, going about 40 hours without food and eating high protein on eating days where I workout. Essentially meat, cheese, milk and veggies. Non eating days are water, coffee and LMNT.
So far I’ve had a range of poops from pure water to solid like you’d expect.
The question is, will this go away over time or what can i do to mitigate it?
Coffee and electrolytes and fat can contribute to diarrhea.
Try not to consume too much rendered fat, as it’ll run right through you. Also cut back on the coffee as that will make you shit too. I’d you still have loose watery stools cut back on your salt intake.
