People in the carnivore community are obsessed with liver, but eating liver every day is overkill, in my opinion. I think it is fine to go through spurts in which you eat it every day for a couple of weeks, but beyond that I don’t think you’re really adding anything.
Organ meats, specifically liver, are extremely high in Vitamin A, B12, and heme iron, and copper–all of which, besides B12, can be toxic in excessive amounts. Liver should not be consumed more than once a week, and no more than about 3oz. Not sure about the supplement form, but it should probably be taken with the same level of moderation.
