Been fasting for awhile, looking to add weight lifting in.

So I lost a significant amount of weight in the past on a questionable program (it worked for me but it’s a pyramid scheme)

I found intermittent fasting and it’s been a godsend. I’ve been stable and doing well with it. I want to drop some more weight though and do it in a healthy way.

I want to start going to the gym for an hour each day during the week and get some weight lifting in to help supplement.

I’ve lifted weight in the past so I know how to properly lift but any good examples of a simple routine I can follow with some lifting exercises?

I had to extend my window when I started lifting weights, I tried only doing the OMAD thing with it but It wasn’t going to work long term, because I was becoming tired and iritable. I needed to have a protein shake or bar after the gym. Still seeing success with the extended window and gains in the gym.
