Been intermittent fasting in preparation for an extended water fast.

I feel great! Been fasting for about 16 hours a day or longer for the past two weeks. I’ve been losing a lot of weight and water weight. I weighed 495 about three and a half weeks ago and now I weigh 471. 😃I start my water fast on Monday and will probably go two weeks or longer. It all depends on how I feel and my blood work ect.

After alternate day fasting for about a month, and a moderately successful attempt to eat a lot more meat and greens, my first 48 hr fast was a piece of cake.

Wait. I just said “piece of cake.” Lol. I’m on hr 34 of 72hr fast. Subconscious might be exerting itself, despite the fact I had a really good day.
