I’m 180cm 90kg, I’ve been “fasting” for 3 days but there’s been no scale weight loss, I’ve been drinking diet drinks that contain very minimal calories, like less than 10 cals, so I’m not technically fasting, but I’m not intaking any amount of carbs or calories to be effecting weight loss, I’m also exercising every day and drinking 3l of water, how come I’ve lost no weight so far?
I was watching something the other day that said tasting the taste of sweet can start the digestive process because your body is preparing for the calories that are associated with that sweet flavour. Ultimately your insulin will spike even with diet drinks.

I’m sure you will see significant loss regardless but perhaps not as much as without the diet drinks.
