Began my 3 day fast today.

Last meal I had was yesterday @12pm, I had a half a chicken, brown rice, and black beans with two bananas.

Longest I’ve ever fasted before was two days, so another day should be just fine.

I’m not doing this for weight loss or to “cleanse” myself. I’m doing this solely for mental durability. I’m excited to test myself and push past the inevitable hunger waves and pains.

I’m doing 72 hours too! I had my last meal last night at 11:00PM. I’ve never done 72 hours. My longest is 48 over a year ago. My diet and discipline has been poor over the last few months. I feel like I need this to re-establish some discipline and control in my life. Good for you for doing this and best of luck!

Good luck! If you set your mind to it you can do it.

I’ve done a 72 hrs once and I also added 30 mins runs every day to keep myself fresh and active. So totally do able.
