I just use tap water. Yes you can drink plain water while fasting as well as your snake juice. Your smoking is the most concerning issue, not the caffeine. You don’t need to weigh vegetables, just eat the same thing and count the calories. Try 48 hour fasts and see how you do. 👊🐍
