I would start omad for 1 month, then rolling 48s for 1 month, then start rolling 72s. I’ve done so many variations of this. if you want to workout hard, do it on an empty stomach the day of your refeed. workout and then eat your 1 to 3 hour refeed
so many variables and there’s tons of info out there, definitely continue researching. as long as you’re not a growing child, I think this lifestyle is fine. I wouldn’t go straight into 72s honestly if you’re new.
