Are they as healthy as i heard they were?
Why is it after eating them i throw up a few hours later? lol.
They’re just marketed as “healthy”, mostly due to their fiber content. But they also have a lot of sugar so they’re not necessarily a great breakfast option.
You should not give up on them just because they have sugar, tho, since I believe the great results come when you find a balanced diet in which you can add things that aren’t the healthiest, but they are tasty and they improve your chances of sticking to your eating plan. However, if they make you sick, definitely stop consuming them and try investigating what’s actually making you sick. 🤗
