Ramadan isn’t as hardcore as dryfasted omad. They eat and drink before the sun comes up, dry fast while the sun is up, then eat and drink when the sun goes down.

Dryfasted omad, which is what I do, is where you eat and drink all the food and water you need in a single meal, preferably breakfast. You then dry fast for \~22 hours until the next day. Much more hardcore than Ramadan.
