Hello, I’ve mostly been doing IF 16/8 or 18/6, which I have no problem doing, but I see alot of you doing longer fastingperiods i.e. a week or month, and I was just wondering what benefits there are? I’m a scrubnurse, and need to be fairly quick thinking and quick on my feets, but are considering trying a longer fast. Any advice? How long a fast should I start with?

If you’re already doing 16/8 or 18/6 then I suggest slowly increasing like try 20/4 and so forth into higher fasting intervals. Good luck!
