I never fasted, I’m a 5’1 135lbs 23 years old female & lately I’ve been feeling sick (probably from carbs, I barely eat junk food…) with no energy. For example I’ll wake up and have a headache, and feel extremely tired thorough the day. Would water fast be good for me? Also how long to do it? Can you only drink water?

Yes, I think water fasting would probably help. Granted, the few days will probably make you feel kind of cruddy, especially if you’ve been eating lots of carbs. But after a few days of fasting, I can always tell a difference in my energy, well-being and outlook.
