Preferably effervescent tablets which I can put in my water a couple of times a day. Was using a brand called Honest but can’t easily find them anymore. What do you use? If anything
Not a tablet, but I really like the Reset electrolyte fasting capsules. Won’t break a clean fast and give me nice smooth energy & keep headaches away. We use the Reset stevia energy electrolyte powder for IF. Works excellent. Comes in a powder as it has 6 of the 7 electrolytes and methylated B Vitamins. We use a 1/4 scoop in our water. Taste like crystal light and lasts awhile. I’ve tried effervescent electrolytes. They always seem a bit light on the electrolytes for the money.
