Not sure which to purchase and I don’t think my salt water is cutting it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Salt in water is all that you need for sodium. There isn’t a more optimal version.
For potassium and magnesium read up the info available on here. Imo, best bet is using low-salt/heart salt which has sodium and potassium, then just get a magnesium compound powder (without dextrose or other additives) and mix with water.
Anything else is just extra dollars for the same result and risk of consuming calories or raising blood glucose by accident.
