I have been fasting for a little over 2 weeks, and have been doing 18:6. I have lunch and dinner and that’s it, no special diet, just trying to eat as healthy as possible.
I have been looking at doing 20:4 on a daily basis, doing a 24 hour fast every 2 weeks or so. Would this be a good option or would I be rushing into things too quick?
You’re not rushing, it’s not a big jump from 18:6 to 20:4. Just push your lunch back a little more and you’re there. It’s a lot easier to do if you’re not eating carbs—you might be hungry but less likely to be hangry. I eat my one meal around 4-5 pm.
