My current magnesium (citrate) is not going down well. Any recommendations for good magnesium supplements which doesn’t cause gut issues.
I think I would do best with a capsule. And preferably no fillers or anything.
I take magnesium malate in the morning (powder) when I rehydrate because of the malic acid: energy boost
And 1 pill of magnesium glycinate in the evening: again, not for magnesium per say, but for glycinate , which boosts gaba and improves sleep.

Glycinate is the best for absorption. But it depends on what you want it for. Quick google search will spell it out for you. I use Pure Encapsulation brand on Amazon. It doesn’t have a lot of fillers in the capsules. On the pricey side but worth it to me.I take 3 of them every night. No stomach issues, helps me sleep and stops my restless leg and leg cramps. It’s been a godsend!
