I’m already down 10 pounds from June by just merely increasing my cardio and doing 24s and 48s here and there but it’s been super easy so I wanna try and go further and see if I can lose the rest of the weight even faster? What protocol would you guys recommend I stick to to try and make this happen? Would rolling 48s with a small meal lower than my maintenance cals on the reffed days do the trick?
Rolling 48s or rolling 72s. With moderate refeeds. Even if not most people underestimate the rolling 72s+walking. Month maybe two. I’m doing rolling 72s all of July. 3 hours walking 5 days a week “fresh market area is hour and a half walk away”. Four 72s drop me by about 9 pounds. I havnt been doing shit, lol. Love the gym and stuff, but straight up just switched to walking as exersice. Focused on unchubbing. Have 40 pounds to go. Hoping to knock out 17/18 pounds in July with rolling 72s and walking. Also I eat whatever during the week, for me mainly whole foods. Chicken, eggs, cheap yummy red meat, onions. Fish. Milk. Cheese. I nibble more than anything my first day after a 72.I need to find a real bulky meal, something I can eat A LOT of but feel light, easy to digest and yummy. 🤔
Salmon? Maybe I just refeed on a pound of salmon?Hm. Just eggs? One more. Mmmmmmmmm. Maybe fatty chicken? I dunno I havnt had chicken in like 3 months honestly. If you have any ideas of foods I can devour and still feel light and fresh lemme know all I have is fish and eggs.
Look up Thomas DeLauer on YouTube. He breaks everything down in regards to lifting weights and long term fasting periods. You’re HGH levels can be up almost 2,000% when you lift in a fasted state. He backs up his finding with scientific articles. Pretty amazing stuff. Professional athletes use this to break plateaus (Google Ndamukong Suh’s diet)
