Yes, I had the exact same experience. I sleep much better thru the night, and my dreams are much longer and more vivid than I’ve had in years. I guess when your body isn’t busy digesting food all night, your brain can focus on restful sleep. It’s probably my favorite benefit of IF.
How are you doing OMAD? Like zero calories until a single meal then zero again? Rinse and repeat? Do you track calories? Are you doing it for fat loss? Sorry for all the questions but it seems very difficult for lots of different reasons but I’d love to do it for fat loss.
