I’m on day 3 of a 7 day fast and I want to get my routine down of fasting for 7 days, eating for 4 (during which I hit the gym) and then fast again for 7 days. My only worry is if the 4 days will be enough to refeed me properly so I can start the next 7 day fast. Any advice on what vegetables/meats to eat to make sure I get all my nutrients and Vitamins in those 4 days?
I would say really good quality meats and some variety to get a breadth of nutrients. Different types of meat and fish, different parts of the meat, like not just chicken breast, but a variety. Also throw in some nuts and seeds if you like those. Skip nutrient poor foods that fill you up…
