Just graduated and will be starting work soon. As far as I know I’ll be working 9-5:30ish with not much flexibility.
I am used to eating one meal in the morning, then lifting a couple hours after. I don’t see that working for me anymore with this schedule.
Any suggestions for me?
There might be an “optimal” answer, but I don’t think it matters that much. Just get the training in whenever you can in your schedule.I’ve trained during my lunch break, after work and first thing in the morning at 5:30 (which is what I do now).Fasted, fed… Whatever.
