What’s up y’all, in your experience what’s the quickest way to get fat adapted? I’m tweaking my diet soon and would love to hear some advice on this. Thanks!

I remember in the past, a sign that I was truly fat adapted was when seeing cakes/ice cream/sweet treats did nothing for me, but hearing the sizzling of fat made me ravenous.
That is probably from the mental aspect, though…
72hr fasting then keto refeed. Do this cycle till the time you feel like you have constant level of energy throughout the day.
Then you can ditch those 72hr and go on low protein keto snack diet cole is promoting now days.
