Best way to intermittent fast but exercise in the morning

My current eating window is 12pm - 8pm and I only have lunch and dinner. I’m being about 90% consistent with this window. My goal with intermittent fasting is to lose weight.

I am not exercising or being consistent with it. Its easier for me to exercise/go to the gym before work (5:30am-6:30am) than it is for me after work (3pm-4pm). When I exercise in the morning and don’t eat afterwards, I feel like I am crashing, or I feel extremely lazy and unmotivated. Then when I finally do eat at 12pm, I’m still feeling that same sluggishness. However, when I do eat after exercising in the morning, I feel fine.

What can I do here to keep my intermittent fasting going. I definitely hate going to bed feeling hungry. I am keep to the low calorie, high volume for my meals but there is only so much I can do.

Any advice for me?

Try a protein shake post-workout then carry on til lunch? Yes it’s technically calories in but you’re going to stay in ketosis as long as it’s not a carby shake, and with the fasted workout your muscles will soak all that goodness right up.

You could also try eating dinner earlier to get a longer fasting window.
