Just wondering what you guys think. Should I fast on a monday and a friday. Or just do one big 48 hour fast a week like on a monday-tuesday?
Like others have said, it depends on your goals and what works well for you. Personally, OMAD is my goto with a smaller (85-140 hour) extended fast a couple times a month. You really just need to experiment and see what works and feels good

Speaking of: you really should experiment because what works might not look “typical”. For me (unlike most people here), I have no plan or schedule. I jump in and out strictly based on how my body feels. Listening to my body works for me and my goals. But for a lot of people, that could be disastrous and they’d find themselves falling short of their own goals without a plan. And what works for them doesn’t for me
