I suggest taking a break from OMAD if it makes you binge eat and getting some assistance learning how to deal with it with it if it is an ongoing issue (brain over binge is a great resource as is finding a licensed therapist in your area who specializes in it). Imo the benefits of fasting are negated if you engage in binge eating and in some ways it can keep the binge cycle at play. As someone who has recovered from it I suggest working on it first and know fasting is always here when you are able to do it.
